Great bags and great service

Really solid bags - good size, very waterproof, good straps, adjustable clips which are great. Customer service is superb - helping me out when international and needing a fix for the clip.

Great Panniers!!!!!!

This is a preliminary review as I have not field tested these panniers yet. Did a lot of research on panniers and determined these were of a very high quality, on par with the leading quality brands out there. Certainly handling these in person, they support this claim. High quality, bomb proof, meant to last years. Further, Vaude produces these bags with no ecologically damaging chemicals, unlike all other waterproof pannier manufacturers. Importantly, these cost about 70% or less, than what the others cost. I'm surprised these bags aren't more popular here in the states.

Spare Parts

I have an older Aqua bag and have lost a couple of the reduction inserts. The new version uses a different - and incompatible insert - is it possible to get the older inserts anywhere?
