NO drivers... cannot find SSD to install windows

Bought EVOO 156 Ultra slim SSD 256 6th Gen.... Less than a year.. Turned on system, could not load windows instead goes to BIOS.. tried to install a new windows but cannot find SSD... download drivers from evooproducts but now working.. download drivers from INTEL still not working... chat assistant not supportive. .. Anyone with a solution please.. this is almost a regret...
