I got these as sleep shorts

As a woman, I had been looking for women's cotton sleep shorts and they were way too expensive, too short, irritating elastic waist, etc. I spotted these men's shorts from an aisle and had to go look. They would go to my knees, were cotton, had a good elastic back, and were designed to breathe as they would wick sweat away. I got them and washed and dried them and they came out great. I had gotten them bigger than needed because I wanted them loose to use for sleep. They are fantastic at only $5.96. And as they are regular shorts to wear outside, you can wear them anywhere. They are also good because of the low back procedure I had so they don't irritate my low back. I ordered more online. So yes women, it does pay to take a look in the men's department.

I was really disappointed to get the shorts. They are much thinner material than I expected. Then price tag says $5.96 and I was charged $7. Tried chatting with Walmart customer help and they tried to tell me the tag was added later. hint: check out the price tag from Fruit of the Loom.

Comfortable Shorts but...

I bought four of these shorts because I was looking for some comfortable shorts to lounge around the house with. The shorts are comfortable enough but what I didn't like was that the elastic waist isn't very “elasticy”. Most shorts with an elastic waist come with a drawstring in the waistband too. Usually, you can tie the string once and leave it there and be able to pull on and off the shorts without untying it. Not so with these. I have now broken the strings of 3 of my 4 shorts because they don't stretch enough. You have to untie it every time you take the shorts off. Too bad because I like the shorts/material otherwise.
