It came inside 2 boxes. Inside, the 2nd box, the plant was wrapped in brown paper. I felt the plant was safe. Then, it was wrapped in plastic from the bottom of the pot to almost to the top. The plastic seal kept the soil inside, in case of tumbling while delivery. The first box was clearly marked fragile with arrows point upward. Did the delivery person read it? No. I found the box laying on its side in my driveway. Naturally, I panicked and was annoyed. I thought the plant would be in pieces or find a mess inside the box. Not at all. I've started to collect plants, again. Great job! Everything was as described and then some. Reasonable price, now that I know the length they go through to protect their plants. I will order again. Thank you.

Plant was put in reg grocery bag without protection, so in travel it spilled all over bag, fell out of its pot and dirt everywhere. Maybe a produce bag or temporary plastic wrap would have stabilized it. Crossing fingers it continues to live after piecing it back together.
