Majestic Etch Remover Marble Polishing Compound 8 oz. MAJR05017

This is my review of the majestic at remover marble polishing compound, The reason I chose this item is but I have a very old house with marble windowsills I have so many stains on them and nothing cleans them so I figured I would give it a shot once I got the package it says to stir extremely well it's very thick which I did I actually added a little bit of water. I got myself a nice terrycloth towel and I loaded it with the compound then I started doing circles all over the marble, and to my surprise I started noticing how clean it actually was getting the towel actually turned black yet my windowsills were still clean,But this was getting deep down all in all I'm very happy with the results I never even they knew they made this type of product.

I was very skeptical at first because I've had marble in my homes for years and have never found anything that has actually worked. I recommend this product for light etches. The product comes somewhat moist already, but I did dip the corner of the cloth I was using into water several times for the perfect consistency. I used a very small amount to start with because the etch marks were small. As I continued to rub, I noticed a difference immediately. What the product essentially does is eliminate the "matte" stains left from whatever had etched the marble's surface originally. It restores the gloss to the surface. For etches that are a little deeper (like mine were), the marble is still "etched" but much less noticeable because its glossy shine is restored. It was difficult to take pictures with the lighting in my bathroom, but the etch marks are very clear in the original photo compared to the "after" photo. My bathroom vanity is etched all over, and I plan to locate my hand buffer, and use this product, Majestic Etch Remover, across the entire vanity for a smooth, even finish. I have no doubt it will work and improve the vanity countertop's appearance overall.
