Nice bracelet the option should be given to order

It's a men bracelet but a ladies size 7. Most men wear a 9 u have to send back for 2 links which cost 200. I returned the bracelet on 8-7-22 n I still have not got money they got the bracelet but I have not got my money and it's has been 10 business days
