Way too small!!

it is way too small. it almost reminds me of something for a teenager, maybe age 13 or 14. I couldn't even get it over my shoulders! and there's no size tag that I could read on the sweater. it's in Japanese or Chinese so there's no American translation for the size that I saw. and it's a very thin sweater. I thought it was going to be a nice warm bulky sweater.
