poor craftsmanship a, improper gluing of stone

generally I was happy with my order, however, there were some problems. The clasp on a gold omega necklace was too wide to snap shut properly,and while putting my new onyx set in my jewelry chest the onyx stone in the ring fell off. As it happens I am a pro artist who is also a jewelry designer and teacher, so rather than send things back I am repairing both problems myself with the jewelry findings I have on hand, so I don't have to expose myself to covid at the P.O.. My delight with my order is definitely waning. The craftsmanship on the onyx ring was pathetic; not enough glue!
