Nope. Not this one.

Product arrived with paint on spindle scraped off. Was this previously used? Also the spindle seems out of balance. Turn it, and many times it settles to a spot, suggesting the spindle itself is not balanced. If the spindle is off balance, how can this properly balance a lawn mower blade? Working on returning this one. On the plus side, quick, free shipping. Ordered on Sunday, received on Wednesday.
