4 Pack - Duracell Coppertop D Alkaline Batteries 2 Each

I received a 4-pack of these batteries free from Duracell to try them out. It's hard to review batteries in a timely manner, especially ones like these, whose claim to fame is a 10-year shelf life... but experience tells me that Duracell is a top, trusted brand in batteries, and if these cells will stay intact, and charged, for anything close to the 10 year claim, then I can't help but be happy with it. As a father of two girls who, for some reason, LOVE flashlights, we are always on the hunt for AA batteries, and having a set on-hand, without risk of leakage, or having lost their charge, is worth their weight in gold. ;) (This review was collected as part of a promotion.)

There aren't many things I need batteries for these days considering everything is charging anymore; however, for my few things that do need batteries such as my remote controls, you can't go wrong with Duracell. Sure, these are more than dollar store brand but you definitely won't be buying another pack any time soon. Know that in the long run, you'll be spending more for going cheap.
