I advise people no to buy products through Walmart

My business partner bought this equipment for our work, they sent us another equipment of the same brand but with other characteristics that were not what was purchased, she immediately contacted the seller for the return but it turns out that the seller did not agree to the refund our money or the correct equipment. We made the purchase through Walmart and we hoped to have their support but they did not give us a response either and the result is that the money has not been recovered nor do we have the equipment, I am very angry with this situation. I advise people not to buy expensive products through Walmart because they can lose their money, and also do not buy from this particular seller, it is all a big scam
