not as advertised /really bad customer service

they are supposed to be women's size but they would be lucky to fit a slim teenager. the 2 inch band at the top that is supposed to hold them up rolls into a narrow band as soon as you let go and completely cuts off the circulation. when trying to return them I received an email saying that I would have to pay return postage, not return to the store as advertised by Wal-Mart. they said it would cost more to return than I paid for them and offered to give me 2 dollars. I will be very careful not to purchase this brand again
