My first experience with kimchi

This isn't as spicy as some kimchi can be. I was introduced to it by watching the Korean Englishman on YouTube (It's when they opened their Korean Toast Shop.) It's a middle of the road kimchi for people that have never had it. I'm hooked. I put it on everything practically. And a little goes along way, especially when you don't like things too spicy. I'm thrilled I discovered this. I am not a fan of most jarred kimichi from the store as it tastes overly fermented. I mixed this in a soup and its great. Its a bit salty for eating by itself but adds great to a dish.

Wonderful taste

As a Korean, I loved it. The other “kimchi” brands sold in Walmart are too americanized. This is a great option to add to your favorite Korean dishes. It has more of a cooked taste though. The other comments are ridiculous, I always have this stocked in my pantry.
