I started purchasing the extra strength prevagen for both my parents a little over a year ago and within a few months we gradually started noticing that they weren't having as many problems with forgetfulness and being able to concentrate. I wish we could have started them on this 10-15 years ago before things got as bad as they did so it could have possibly prevented some of the damage that seems irreversible. But I'm grateful for how much it has helped.
