OEM junk

Shocked that the tires on my new 2017 Honda CR-V were just about bald at 21-Thousand miles! And then the Honda dealer informs me that OEM tires have NO WARRANTY at all so my only option is to buy a new set of 4. Yet Honda continues to put them on their cars. I won't buy replacements at Honda because they must be in cahoots with Bridgestone.

Ecopia Tires on 2017 Honda CRV

I would highly not recommend this tire when its time to replace original equipment tires. These tires are extremely loud after 5,000 miles. The tires need to be replaced at under 33,000 miles but are rated for much more. The tires have worn evenly but just didn't last. Very disappointed in this tire. I will say that the tires did handle very well in light snow and I felt confident driving in it.

OEM version wears out unacceptably early

I was shocked to learn that I needed new tires on my 2017 Honda CR-V after 39,909 miles because the Ecopia H/L 422 Plus are warrantied for 70,000 miles. Turns out there is an OEM version made of softer compounds that carry ZERO tread life warranties from the manufacturer. The aftermarket version carries a 70,000 mile warranty but that is not what is put on the new Hondas. Bridgestone declined to help us out when our Honda dealership talked to their rep. I am struggling to reconcile how the same Brand and Model number can be put on two different tires with different warranties.
