Filter worked for my car. Delivery needs upgrade

Wish all companies would treat filters delicately. The box came damaged and I had to straightening out the filter groves. The frame was bent, but glad it was plastic as I was able to heat it up in the microwave to bend it flat (not recommended, but it works). Once I got it resolved, it fit perfectly in my 2015 Acura TLX. Would have given it 3 stars, but I know it's not Walmart that caused this issue, just need to get a better delivery company or person to handle it with care, same goes for liquids.
