Good heavy duty container but has a lid flaw

I've bought 2 of these containers. One for oatmeal and one for rice, the top snaps on good and hard. and the spout on the one works good but on the second one, the top lid seals good But the half lid, that the spout sits on does not snap shut, I had to glue it. I'd already taken one back before that was bad, so I figured I was just gonna fix this one. Hopefully, gluing it will hold, there's a little lip that doesn't hook enough. But it's a good heavy duty container. I love the design, and if they just made a little better lid design it would be perfect.. All in all, I do recommend it.

This works well for my purposes (laundry powder), although the seal could be a little better. Unfortunately it's hard to find containers for a reasonable price with the spout AND a flip top to allow for pouring or scooping. I'm rebuying for more laundry/cleaning powders storage.
