When you first get the new battery. We recommend to do this:

• Install the new battery and let it charge fully
• Start a clean cycle and unplug the charging base while the Roomba is cleaning
• Let Roomba run until it is completely discharged (Red circle of death)
• Fully charge the battery and repeat steps 2 and 3 (Do it 2-3 times)
• Now your Roomba is happy and ready to clean! It will last a long time and battery life will improve significantly

Note:

• If you don't use the APS battery for a long time, please recharge it every three months to prolong the battery lifetime
