I had directions for it to be delivered to the back door %26 to be installed. The driver dropped it off in front %26 left. Had to call customer service to refund the installation fee. Also had to ask someone to bring it in the house %26 set it up. I have a dislocated shoulder %26 unable to pick it up or put it together. Very disappointed about that. Works well. I like the fact it had a remote. But need to get up to check to the screen to make sure the temperature %26 speed is set correctly.
