Instructions
Directions: Read the quick start guide for how to: prime the bottle; use the spray; clean the spray nozzle. Shake gently before each use. Use this product only once a day. Do not use more than directed. Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Older: Week 1 - use 2 sprays in each nostril once daily. Week 2 through 6 months - use 1 or 2 sprays in each nostril once daily, as needed to treat your symptoms. After 6 months of daily use - ask your doctor if you can keep using. Children 4 to 11 Years of Age: The growth rate of some children may be slower while using this product. Children use for the shortest amount of time necessary to achieve symptom relief. Talk to you child's doctor if you child needs to use the spray for longer than two months a year. An adult supervise use. Use 1 spray in each nostril once daily. Children Under 4 Years of Age: Do not use.

Love it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried nasal sprays before and honestly hated all of them. The sharp mist, the burning feeling, the weird drip down the throat… it was always a no. Flonase Sensimist is the first one that didn't make me brace myself before using it. The mist is incredibly fine, you barely feel it. No sting, no harsh smell, no uncomfortable aftertaste. It almost feels like nothing went up your nose, which sounds strange until you realize that's exactly what you want. What surprised me most is how consistently it works. It didn't knock me out or dry me up in an uncomfortable way. My congestion eased gradually and stayed under control throughout the day, especially during allergy flare-ups when nothing else seems to help. If you've avoided nasal sprays because they feel aggressive or unpleasant, this one is different. It's gentle, effective, and actually tolerable to use daily. This is one of those products you don't think you need until you try it and then it quietly becomes a staple.
