Is it really Ultra?

the Ultra Action line is a good budget line if you do not want to pay don't pay sh figuarts money for the monsters, for the Ultramen its a different story. i would not call it a bad figure due to articulation but the paint is lacking on the back of the figure and this is something for all the ultramen figures of the line. This is a good figure for a kid just not at the normal 26.99 price point. If you want an articulated Ultraman Arc better off going with the Sh figuarts for a few bucks more. overall its the figure itself is not bad just not worth almost 30 dollars.
