Lux Decor Collection Queen Comforter - Quilted Duvet Insert with Corner Tabs - Box Stitched Down Alternative Comforter (Queen, White)

I like to have a small comforter to use in the living room so I can keep my heat a lower temperature and it was time for a new one. When I saw this one on clearance I couldn't turn it down. I was surprised to find the queen size was just a couple of dollar more so I ordered that one also. I got the queen size one in 2 days but it took over a week to get this one. It came sealed in a vacuumed packed heavy duty plastic bag stuffed into a small cardboard box that had a lot of tape on it all securely still in place. It was a small struggle to get it open. Once I got the comforter out of the bag it fluffed up pretty quickly. It did not have any unpleasant odors. It doesn't really smell like anything which is awesome! I like the gray color because it goes with everything. I really really like this comforter it's soft and squishy, kind of thick. It is not lightweight. I like the heft of it. It feels high quality. It's warm and very comfortable. If you want to snuggle up on the couch or in your favorite chair this will fill the bill. I'm sure it would be equally pleasing as a cover on a twin sized bed. I think it would be plenty big enough for a small bed. I'm a big man and it's plenty big enough to cover me. I like the stitching on the comforter. I don't remember what the stitching on the edges is called but the fabric is folded over to the inside with the stitches right at the edge they seem very secure and not noticeable. The stitching going down the comforter are nice and secure. There are 4 loops one at each corner, they seem very secure but I have no idea what they're for? They are also sewn securely. If you like fluffy warm soft comforters this is the one for you. I'm kind of thinking of ordering 2 more 1 in each size to keep as replacements.

I didn't have high expectations for a $20.00 queen size comforter but I was wrong. It's really lovely. It's very soft and warm and thick. I was surprised by the weight of it. I expected it to be very lightweight but ti's not lightweight at all which I love. I sleep better with covers that are heavier. I was just going to buy the twin size one for the living room but I saw the price on this and couldn't turn it down. I like the color. I'm really happy I got this. The queen sized one was shipped right away and I got it within 2 days. It's been over a week and I'm still waiting for the twin sized one which was supposed to arrive yesterday but didn't.
