Problem with filter

These filters have never been a problem until now. They leak around the seal where it screws into the part holding it. Apparently the only thing you can do is replace it with another expensive filter and hope that one doesn’t leak. If that happens, I’ll be looking for a new pitcher filter system.

Never had this problem before.

I just got the 2nd one out of the box and bag and a hole was in the side of the filter. There was a hole in the bag but was on the bottom of the bag and not where the hole was in the filter. I have never had this happen before, and would like a replacement one sent to me. I have picture on my phone but don't know how to show below.

Defective seals on Zero Water Filters

Seals on this brand of Zero Water filters are defective.. leaks and contaminates water.. The package shows they are made in Turkey, UPC B008M4PYZW. The Culligan brand of Zero Water Filters have distinct differences in the quality of the seals, as they are to the outside diameter of the filter. Whereas, the seals are floating O Rings that collapse upon tightening. This item has been causing me trouble for a long time and I'm just now figuring out why.. I bought the Culligan Zero Water brand and it showed much superior results..
