Colors are more muted than they appear online

I REALLY wanted to love this set! It seems like it would be a good quality set. Feels nice %26 thick, but not too thick. I just don't love that the colors are actually much more muted/faded than they appeared online. I was hoping for them to "pop". Also, for me, there was too much difference in the color of the bedding (faded) %26 the throw pillows (bold colors).
