These cooking bags are really good. The cooking bag made my brisket taste full of flavor and was fork tender as if it had been cooked for hours on a smoker without the prep and clean up. I am so happy to have these to save time and money of having to buy wood nor having to cook outside in the heat or cold. I would suggest these to anyone who is planning to smoke something for dinner.

I received these mesquite clips cooking bags, they were shipped fast and packaged securely. I used them and I am hooked. You open them up, put your meat inside, seal them closed and put in the oven or on the grill. We used them in the oven with chicken breast and thighs. We could fit 6 thighs in one bag and 4 large breast in the other. Right away after removing bags from the package you can smell the mesquite aroma. We seasoned our chicken, placed them in bag, sealed it and baked them in the oven on 350. While cooking you could smell the nice aroma of mesquite. After they were done, thighs about 20 mins, large thick breasts about 30 mins, we let sit for about 6 mins. We opened the bag and the amazing smell just hits you. The meat didn't stick to the bag. It was so tender and juicy. We ate them and it was so flavorful. They had a nice smoky mesquite flavor to them that was amazing and an aroma that makes your mouth water. These would be good for any type of meat. The sealed bag keeps the flavor in and makes the meat so tender and juicy. We love anything mesquite and these bags were amazing!! We will be using again and highly recommend. They'd be excellent on the grill too, but were great in the oven. No mess too, after you're done, you just throw them away. Worth the price!!
