True 100% cotton. Nice weight, not chintzy. Have only washed and worn a couple of times so far but has held up well in the washing and dryer. Wish you could order a fitted/athletic fit instead of only a boxey fit. Needed a heavier long sleeve undershirt for the colder weather and the ribbed material at the wrists is perfect for this. Would order again.
