Universal Power window Kit
Great product. After some modifications They worked perfectly on my 35 Plymouth coupe. The technical support on the window installation was excellent. The installation instructions were a little sketchy, but Speedway's Tech's supplied the necessary info to get the job done correctly. Very satisfied and highly recommend the window kit.
A very affordable way to eliminate the crack windows
You cant beat this for the price. It is not a ""Plug and play"" installation. I installed in a 56 Chevy Pickup and it took some cutting and welding and about 4 hours for one side. With that said, it works and pretty good for that matter. The window speed is good and the motor plenty strong. If you are like me, I don't mind fabricating to save a few hundred dollars. Be careful routing the plastic Sheathing as it is somewhat brittle.
Cost effective solution to adding power windows.
I'm sure I got this kit to work on my chopped top 46 Ford coupe. It is a sedan coupe so has the two door sedans long doors. Because the door gets narrow toward the back, I reversed the sides (right for left etc.) and it helped. It functions with a hard board glass template and I'm waiting for tempered glass to be cut to this template. I made this install a bit more difficult by eliminating the vent windows. I'm happy with this unit.
