Sharpest knife I've owned!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife just feels like I'll own it for a long time. It's by far the sharpest knife I've ever owned, easily slicing through things that my old knife struggled with. It also has a nice weight to it that makes you feel happy, grounded, like holding a warm hug. 10/10 would recommend.

For chopping, mincing and slicing, I like to turn to this santoku knife from Henckels. It has a comfortable, ergonomic handle that shows the forged steel running all the way through for durability and balance. And the German steel blade is incredibly sharp with hollow edge divets helping guide food off the knife while cutting.
