Staub Cast Iron Loaf Pan
This is a great Staub product for making bread, meatloaf, etc. I purchased my first pan to make a recipe from the new Staub Cookbook that specifically recommended utilizing a cast iron bread pan. The results were excellent. So much in fact that I purchased a second Staub Cast Iron Loaf Pan.

This is the only loaf pan I will use, ever! I bake breads of all varieties in this and they come out perfectly each time. I line the pan with parchment paper and leave a overhang so that all I have to do is lift it out when it is done cooling in the pan.

A great cast iron loaf pan
This loaf pan is perfect for baking all the bread recipes, whether it's Banana bread to Pumpkin bread, it does a great job of baking evenly and thoroughly. The bread releases really well from the pan as well. The great thing about this enameled cast iron loaf pan besides that it doesn't need to be seasoned like traditional cast iron, is that it can go from oven to table to fridge or freezer. This is also a great vessel for storing ice cream or an icebox cake.
