We liked how big it was and all the special features. The most important thing is it is quieter then our old one and can shred more papers at once. We also like the safety features it has to offer. I would definitely recommend this if you are replacing an older model.

Works great, can handle almost anything you throw at it. Though I would avoid really thick credit cards and 10 letters at a time, try to only shred 3 letters at a time.
