My daughter loved it but she did one by herself %26 it broke into lots of little pieces. Goggles are a must. We did one together %26 both my daughters enjoyed the experience. We took our time %26 it was very exciting. Split it in half %26 it was beautiful.

This is the best STEM learning kit for children on the market today. My 7 year old Grandson absolutely loved breaking the geode open with a finishing hammer. The National Geographic Geode kit comes with safety goggles and I added child's leather gloves.
