Great due to the missing screws inside pan

Enjoying this non-stick pan, works very well. Bought a Greenpan in the past but the screws that connect the handle to the pan make it more difficult to clean, especially when cleaning off scrambled eggs, it's a total hassle cleaning around them. This one is so much easier to clean. Note that it appears to be a wooden handle but it's plastic.

So far it's been great just as the rest of the Hudson Family. Just remember they can go from stove top to oven but the max oven temperature can only be 340 degrees as the handles will melt.
