Jim Beam 10.5” Cast Iron Skillet

Nice size skillet, not deep though, but easy to lift. They claim this skillet is pre-seasoned but it doesn't seem that it is. When seasoned properly, food doesn't stick. I suggest you season this skillet before you use it. After I went through the seasoning process at home, food no longer sticks. I bought this mainly because as I've aged, I'm having trouble lifting my deep Lodge skillet even when empty. This square skillet is just right for old lady cooking and cleaning. :)
