Sounds deep with no drone. I would highly recommend putting it on your late model 5. 3l. I am very pleased with the look and the price can't be beat. I dont know if it is the direct injection in conjunction with this system that makes it sound incredibly good but my older 5. 3l doesn't have the same deep rumble.

It is in the higher mid level as far as sound decibels, also as advertised. I like to guttural growl from this is so much better than the stock and love the exhaust tips. Great product
