Got a box of clips with no pads
I received the rotors and clips, but no brake pads. Walmart was great with contacting the vendor, AutoShack. AutoShack responded the next day and I provided the photos they requested. It's been 6 days without any followup regarding the brake pads. So still waiting. Otherwise, the rotors were a nice quality for the price.
