Website description completely inaccurate

I am not sure what to say. I received two things that are not large enough to put on my wrist as bracelets. I wonder if these are supposed to go on a doll because they will not go on any human's neck as a necklace. Also, the necklace, or whatever this is, arrived broken in a plastic bag without any basic packing material.
