To remove eye makeup: Wet cotton pad, place over closed eyes for a few seconds and gently wipe away. Rubbing not necessary. Apply as necessary. To cleanse skin & remove face makeup, wet cotton pad and gently wipe all over the skin until it is clean from makeup, grease and dirt. Use daily; night and day. Rinsing not needed. Apply as necessary.
