These are polyester, NOT cotton. However, they boast two side pockets and a back pocket at the right cheek. They truly are comfy as the weather is getting cooler. I haven't had them long enough to see if they pill easily, but they seem pretty sturdy. The sizing is true to slightly large, as mediums are usually a hair too tight on me and these are just right.
