Waist is very small

Great poodle skirt at a great price, as good as the ones that cost twice as much in the Halloween shops. One caveat: the elastic waistband is really small! I replaced it with a larger piece of elastic so it would fit.

The dog is a hit

poodle is cute, skirt steamed out easily and the 14 year old recipient liked it (they can be quite particular at this age)
