A week ago my urologist prescribed tamsulosin 0.4mg to me, and by reading all the side effects of the prescription I refuse to take it for now, and wanted to try something natural first. All the research I done, I ended up going with this. I been taking it for a week now, and it's to soon to tell, but the good thing is Im not experiencing any side effects with this. Obviously everybody's different, so I would recommend trying it out if you're looking for something natural, also the price seems decent.

I was taking Flomax for my prostate, and was getting up several times during the night. I added Spring Valley Saw Palmetto to my routine and immediately noticed the difference. I'm now taking one in the morning, one in the evening, and then two Flomax right before bed. This seems to work pretty well. I still get up once in the night, but it is more just because of my regular sleep pattern. I tried replacing this brand with one that cost four times as much, and I didn't notice any difference, so I went back to this.
