Chocolate Dipping Fork - 4 Tine

I have been making chocolates for years and tried several tools. This is my favorite. I used to work on a chocolate shop and they had these. I had a two tine dipping fork I had used at home but it is not as easy to use. What I like about the 4 tine fork-it is easy to fish your candy out of the chocolate and quickly flip I off the fork. The tines are thin enough to not stick too much or dig in. They are spread out enough to allow the chocolate to run between the tines. And there are enough tines that you dont have to have some crazy balancing skills trying to tap the excess chocolate off. I know its an expensive tool for a simple fork but if youve ever dipped chocolates this fork makes it so much faster and neater it is worth having an excellent tool.
