A double dose of wellness...
After some research, I decided to make the switch from fish oil to cod liver oil. This product from Swanson packs a double punch and feels like a new health staple for my family and me. I have difficulty with larger pills so I opted to chew these softgels. They are genuinely soft and easily chewed after a few seconds in the mouth. Taste is actually pleasing. Overall value - 5/5.

Vitamin packed omega-3 fish
These cod liver pills are fantastic for getting not only omega-3, but also a healthy dose of Vitamin A and vitamin D. I take 2 daily and they've been great thus far.
