The Spiegelau Definition series of wine stems are a functional replica of Zalto Denkart glasses. These are machine made compared to Zalto glasses, which are hand-blown, but the difference is imperceptible unless you compare them side-by-side. I own Zalto glasses, so I can confirm that (see the accompanying photo with Definition on left and Zalto on right). In addition, the Spiegelau Definition glasses can usually be had on sale for $80/set of four, but even at $100/set of four, they are $25/each compared to $80/each for the Zalto stems. Spiegelau Definition manufacturing quality is excellent the glasses are uniform in size and weight with flat feet, so no wobbling. I highly recommend these glasses if you are looking for the thin, modern wine stem motif. These glasses come in multiple shapes as well, so you can accommodate different wine styles and grape varieties.
