Velsa realized early on the need to train and inspire other upcoming Nurses and has been instrumental in coaching and tutoring Nurses Assistants (Nurse's Aides and CNAs), newly Graduated nursing school students, Practical Nurses (PN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered (RN) in the workplace. She has contributed to the development and implementation of a Nurse Tutoring Review Program to assist foreign Nurses, repeat test-takers, and new graduate Nurses to be successful on the State Board of Nursing Licensing Exams, commonly knowns as the National Council Licensure Exam (NCLEX).Through her entrepreneurial spirit, she seizes the opportunity to engage in the training and enhancements of Nursing students in preparation for the NCLEX. Velsa's aim is to help those pursuing the Nursing field so they will not only pass the exam on their first try but will also be equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence that are vital to their transition as a successful professional Nurse.
