I had noticed two teeth with receding gums. One is pretty severe and the tooth next to it, just beginning. I researched online and found numerous recommendations to try oil pulling. Further into my researched, I found The Good Company which had a designated formula in a castor oil base. Instead of buying separate items, I purchased theirs and absolutely love it. Within 3 days of use (twice per day), my gums were less sensitive and not bleeding while brushing! I did not realize you weren't suppose to aggressively brush your teeth, which I was also doing. I love the taste of the clove extract in this treatment and will continue to use it! Consistency is key!

Natural Gum Disease Treatment

I just received it today 11/13/2024, and tried it and it did work. I prefer natural plant base ingredients instead medication from a doctor. This is worth the money for at least for me, all I know is that it works. Follow the directions and poof the pain is gone for the time being until one gets to a dentist.
