Not true to size

I purchase a 1X and it didnt it only covered the front of my breasts. The hooks in the back were so tight I could breath. Im a 38DD in bras. I opened the shoulder straps to the max. Nothing worked. I seriously doubt the 2X will fit properly so I ordered the 3X. Its too bad because the style and fabric could be very supportive if the sizes were correct.
