Perfect fit and operates just as OEM. Install instructions that worked for me. 1. First step was to pull the window controls. Easy enough to pry up with a plastic tool. Also pull the screw under the tab in the door pull. 2. Next pop off the little cover behind the door handle and yank the one screw. 3. Then, using the appropriate plastic pry tool pop all of the plastic rivets out around the door. Pull the door opener and move the door card free. 4. Pop the rivets holding the tweeter on and you'll find the three nuts in question. 5. Beneath the mirror (under the door card) you'll find the two connectors for the mirror. 6. Pop the old mirror off (it's super easy) and attach the new one. Installation of the card is the reverse of the removal. It takes a bit of fiddling, but nothing too bad. I only broke one of those damned plastic rivets.

Going out of town on Friday, didn't order 'till Tuesday, figured I'd have to replace broken mirror week after trip...Shock! It arrived on Thursday and was a dead ringer for the original mirror. I could not be happier! Price was 1/3 of OEM, delivery was phenomenal, part was perfect! Am I in a dream???
