I needed a place to put tall stuff like yard stick, swift, rolled crossstitch canvas, etc., in my craft room closet. I was afraid this might not be sturdy enough to hold the stuff without tipping. It works nicely. I preferred sonething enclosed with a lid, but couldn't find anything with these dimensions which fit perfectly in a small niche in the closet.
