The package came as promised. All cartridges were inserted I had a problem with the blue (cyan) my printer kept saying it was defective or damaged. I put my old one in and it's also an off brand cartridge. Printer recognized the old one but of course it's empty so I got an error message stating the cartridge is empty and I needed to insert a new one. I've always used compatible cartridges and never had issues until now! I can't get the new cyan blue cartridge to work!!! I'm trying to override/reset the printer and haven't been successful. I messaged the company CARTRIBUTION to see if they can just send a blue cartridge since my printer says “it's damaged/defective “. I chose to keep the other cartridges because I will need them anyway at some point.
