Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Apply at least a 1-inch strip of the product onto a soft bristle toothbrush. Brush teeth thoroughly for at least 1 minute twice a day (morning and evening) and not more than 3 times a day, or as recommended by a dentist or doctor. I have used Sensodyne for so many years, I can't remember when I started. However, I don't like that harsh mint flavor that a lot of people love. I did a lot of research and found this toothpaste. I gave it a try, and I'd love it. My teeth are clean, they are staying white, And I don't feel like my mouth is a minty volcano exploding! I bought a multi pack just in case it gets discontinued
